Where can I track my order? 

We use AfterShip to track all our orders we send out!

Can I change my address after my order is placed? 

Email us as soon as you can before the order has shipped. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package.
Any orders with the wrong shipping address are not the responsibility of Mixed Lemonade and are not valid for a refund or exchange. Please, double-check your information before submitting. Thank you!

Why is my tracking number not working?

If your number shows no results it is because your order is still traveling across seas from our fulfillment center. It takes a little while to update once it reaches a port and goes through customs! Please give it some time :)

Says delivered, but I did not receive anything?

I only received a partial shipment?

We ship from many fulfillment centers so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.

What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will this item get to me before _________?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening.
