If the item is defective, we will accept an exchange or return within 14 days of the delivery date. Proof of damage must be included in email. Please email us for exchanges and include "Exchange" and your order number in the subject line.
How long will it take to receive my order?
1-5 day processing period followed by a 5-20 business day shipping time. In total, it can take 2-4 weeks to receive your item(s).
In some cases (due to factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings) it can take longer but we have minimized that drastically. Shipment times vary per order. Orders placed between 10am - 6pm PST will begin processing same day. If your order is placed after 6pm, your order will begin processing next following day (except Sundays) at 10am.
We are a 3 person team serving 500+ customers a month, please understand our distribution as we enter expansion mode :)
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do! International shipping is FREE.
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-5 days).**Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.**

Why is my tracking number not working?
Your tracking number works, don't stress! If it's showing no results it's because your order is still traveling across seas from our sorting center. It takes a little while to update once it reaches a port and goes through customs! Please give it some time :)

Says delivered, but I did not receive anything?
Once a package has left our warehouse it is out of our control and is the responsibility of the carrier. We will hep however we can! Please contact us with with “Missing Order” and your order # in the subject line along with your explanation. We will be happy to accommodate you and figure out a win/ win solution! email@example.com
I only received a partial shipment?
We ship from different parts of the world so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us with your name and order number.
What about possible custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Will this item get to me before _________?
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Can I cancel/change my address/order?
Email us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note that once the item has been fulfilled we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
